Enthought's product offerings result from the experience that we've gained from our collaborative work with consulting clients. Not only has this experience increased our understanding of the needs of scientific users, but it has also enhanced the depth our expertise in particular domains.

For example, our applications for geoscience assist with pre-drill pore pressure prediction and AVA-based risking analysis. Our computer-aided modeling applications include a front-end system to streamline fluid mixing simulations, and a tool to ease analysis of microrheology data.

Regardless of the domain, scientific applications generally require common infrastructure elements. Enthought has developed a variety of reusable components for building scientific applications that we release as open source software under a liberal BSD-style license.
