Users While Introductory and Basic EPD subscriptions are intended for a single user, we also offer solutions for multiple users in larger teams. Our Silver and Gold subscriptions support 10 and 20 users, respectively. Our Platinum subscription offers a customized option that provides for multiple users at different levels throughout your organization.	1	10+	10+	20+
Single-click installer EPD is distributed as a single file download, in a format appropriate to each platform. You can simply execute this file, rather than downloading and installing separate packages.
E-mail installation support Enthought provides support for installation via an e-mail alias. For Basic, Silver, and Gold support, we guarantee a response time of one business day.
Access to EPD webinarsEach webinar in this continuing series with provide in-depth explanations, demonstrations, and tips about how to use the Enthought Python Distribution (EPD).Presenters and Panelists will include Enthought experts and other leading community members.
Access to EPD repository for updates We continually update EPD to incorporate the most powerful Python tools for scientific computing. With repository access, our suscribers can obtain the latest version on-demand. By subscribing to our EPD RSS feed, you will be immediately notified of when new versions are available.

Phone and email bug-fix support We work hard to ensure that EPD is as stable as possible for each release. Nonetheless, bugs are inevitable in rapid, multi-platform software development. Our offices are open from 9am-6pm on business days (CDT, -5:00 UTC or CST, -6:00 UTC). During this time, our team of expert developers is available to help you diagnose and solve any issues that may arise while using EPD.	No	No
Phone and email "How do I" support Sometimes you may need help figuring out the best strategy for using the capabilities of EPD in your project, or just need a tip on how to use a particular package. While we can't design or write your code for you, you can draw on the combined experience of Enthought's Python developers to help you over these hurdles.	No	No
Single point of contact for all support needs As a Platinum subscriber, your organization has a designated representative to handle and coordinate all your support requests in all categories, available by telephone or e-mail.	No	No	No
Option to customize EPD to include packages of your choice As a Platinum subscriber, your organization can specify the set of Python packages delivered to you in a custom EPD installation. This can include packages not included in the standard EPD, or exclude standard packages that you do not need.	No	No	No
Additional platforms on a consulting basis If your organization needs EPD on a platform that is not among the standard ones Enthought supports (see Platforms), Enthought will port EPD to that platform. Our normal consulting rates apply for the porting effort, but support for that platform continues as long as your subscription does.	No	No	No
